Walk the talk.

Whether during employee discussions, negotiations with business partners, small talk at a reception or in weekly meetings: many employees have become increasingly active on international parquets. The variety of mindsets, working methods and styles of communication connected to those parquets can quickly lead to misunderstandings.

Learning more about one’s self and the nuances of human communication – especially in a diverse environment – enables one to better understand others. By recognizing the game’s rules in everyday relations, a new transparency is conveyed and thus, security.

During my work, I find it very important that participants courageously experiment with new behavioral patterns, become flexible and relaxed and in doing so, are prepared for any conversational situation.

Consultation, coaching and professional development are available in the areas of…

  • … body language, presence and public image
  • … dialog form and negotiations – also in an intercultural context
  • … conflict management amongst colleagues

It would be my pleasure to prepare a customized offer that addresses your concerns!
