What is it about?
The leader as a coach: Sounds good, but is it actually feasible and worthwhile?
Whoever is responsible to lead an organisation in an uncertain, complex and ambivalent working environment needs employees who take personal responsibility too – and executives who both encourage and demand this self-organisation.
The mindset as well as skills of a systemic coach can be of great help here and make a real difference. Even if executives aren’t coaches, they can use coaching tools in various contexts and achieve a great deal with just a few small impulses.
