What is it about?
Peer counselling (also known as intervision) is a structured counselling approach among professional peers. The intension is to help people help themselves. In small or larger groups specific concerns and practical cases are defined, reflected on with the help of the other group members, and options for solutions for everyday working life are developed together.

Objectives
In this seminar you will learn what it takes to reach the desired effect. You will familiarise yourself with the procedure of collegial counselling in various roles and try out the implementation using your own questions from your management practice.
